Who can use the service
You must be an adult and able to enter into a purchase agreement where you live. Use accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. The service is an independent creative tool, not an official artist, music label or social platform service.
Permission comes first
You must have the rights and permission needed to submit every photo and create the resulting media. Every person depicted must be an adult. Do not use the service for explicit sexual material, exploitation, harassment, deceptive impersonation, fraud or unlawful content. Do not misrepresent a generated performance as a real event or endorsement.
How generation works
Your selected template guides the scene and movement; AI interprets the appearance references. Results can contain artifacts or fail to match your expectations. Likeness, motion, clothing and output quality are not guaranteed. A source preview is not a generated example. Generated downloads are silent, and music rights are not included.
Credits and payment
Video credits are purchased in one-time packs, or as a monthly or yearly plan. Credits are consumed when a generation starts. The current price, credit cost and clip length are shown before you submit. A generation that fails returns its consumed credits automatically. A successful generation uses its credits even if you prefer a different creative result. Payment refunds are handled under the refund policy: a request for a cash refund must be raised within 3 days of the original purchase date, and applicable consumer rights still apply.
Upgrade by paying the difference
Keep your existing credits. An upgrade adds only the difference between packs; it does not reset your usage. A finished video is yours to preview, edit and download once the generation that produced it has consumed its credits, whether those credits were free or bought.
Credits and check-in rewards
A new account starts with no credits. Email accounts can claim a check-in reward on up to seven occasions; the amount of each reward is shown before you claim it. When your balance is enough for the standard scene you can generate directly. You can also buy one-time credit packs, or a monthly or yearly plan, at the prices shown on the pricing page. A scene preview is always free to browse.
Availability and review
Third-party processors and networks can be unavailable or delayed. The service checks submitted content and generated results, but automated checks are not perfect. We may reject a request or restrict an account when needed to address prohibited activity, payment disputes or security issues. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Sharing your output
Review your complete video before sharing it. Follow the rules of the platform where you post, including any required AI-generated content labels. Your right to use a result depends on the permissions for the inputs and other content in that result. This service does not grant rights to music, trademarks or another person's likeness.
